Riesling. Either you love it or you hate it. Regardless of how you feel about it, though, Riesling is a grape and wine with incredible breadth. From sweet to dry, crisp to floral there is a Riesling for every palate and every occasion. Jenn and Seán narrow the topic down and touch on the history, growth, and tastes of Riesling.
